Edoardo Rinaldi

Born in Rome in 1974, he graduated in Milan at the Faculty of Law in 1998, with corporate address. He was enabled to the Bar in 2002.

Become a Notary in 2006, he exercised the notarial activities in Turin and then moved to Milan, where he has practiced since 2008 in association with the Notary Maria Nives Iannaccone.

Lecturer in commercial law and civil law at the School of Notaries of Lombardy from 2005 to 2011.

Expert of commercial law at the University of Milano-Bicocca from 2007 to 2009.

Lecturer at the University Carlo Cattaneo (LIUC) in 2016 with the course which he founded and named "Real Estate Law".

Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars organized by various organizations and institutions including the Foundation of Notaries, the foundations of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and Monza, the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.

In 2005 he promoted and founded the National Association of Young Notaries.

Participates in free activities for promoting legal consciousness and ethics of legality.

He has a thorough knowledge of English and German.

Notary Rinaldi is specialized in generational transfer of wealth, in commercial law with particular reference to extraordinary transactions, listed companies and real estate funds.
